Kim Fabian is the owner of Ovations, Inc., a team-building company where she trains and consults on various areas of peak performance in the workplace and in life. She spends her time writing about wellness, facilitating creative team-building programs for organizations, giving motivational talks to a variety of groups and teaching Spinning and Pilates classes.
Back in the late 90s, she wrote a book, Magic Moments: A Busy Woman’s Guide to Forgotten Pleasures, which took her across the country to speak to women about bringing more joy into their lives. Kim is actively involved in her community and believes that life is better when you’re serving others, which is why she focus’ her efforts on helping people find success and satisfaction in their lives and work.
Kim has recently launched a new website called TellURBoss. It is a blog-oriented site where people can post their frustrations about their bosses, share suggestions and offer support. Kim hopes to have thousands of posts each month, with the goal of improving workplace communication. She also hopes to continue to expand interest in my team-building programs by attracting forward-thinking companies to participate in a variety of creative activities that translate into better performance and greater job satisfaction.
