Thank you for your interest in being a Featured Guest on an upcoming DivaTalkRadio show. DivaTalkRadio is a weekly talk show geared towards woman, however we do have some men followers that just can’t stay away. They love us! And, of course, we’re glad that they do. Our primary goal is to educate, empower, and motivate women of all ages. This page has been created specifically for you, so please do not give out the information nor the link to this page directly. However, feel free to tell everyone about DivaTalkRadio.com.
We do not hard sell on our show, however you are encouraged to share information about yourself and your business. Additionally, the links that you provide will be placed on our website for further exposure.
BOOKING THE SHOW
By booking your guest appearance, you are confirming that you’ve read and agree with the terms of the Speaker Agreement and Release. Three easy things must take place in order to make your guest appearance on DivaTalkRadio:
1. Schedule a brief pre-show interview with our host, Kelli Claypool. The purpose of this call is to clarify the topic of discussion and for Kelli to get to know you a little better. Plus, this call assists us in promoting the show. All pre-show interviews are scheduled on Fridays and you can select a time that is convenient for your by following this link: https://my.timedriver.com/Z6JVN
2. Schedule your show date. Our show airs live every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. EST, so pull out your calendar and go to the following link to select a date that is convenient for you. https://my.timedriver.com/BZPVN. Please note that DivaTalkRadio is a wildly popular show and scheduling live interviews several months in advance is not uncommon. Because of this, it is recommended that you schedule both your pre-show interview and live interview at the same time.
3. Provide us with the following:
- interview questions and/or key points of discussion
- a short bio (approximately 350-400 words);
- your photo in either .jpg or .png format;
- a logo or picture of your book (if applicable);
- your web addresses;
- your mailing address; and
- any other promotional material that you would like to provide us, please feel free to do so.

While we prefer not to say this, sometimes it is necessary to get our point across. Being a guest on DivaTalkRadio is a privilege and not a right! A lot of work goes into hosting a popular radio show and we are excited to feature you in an upcoming episode. We expect you to be professional and courteous to our hosts and staff before, during, and after the show. At any given time, we have a long waiting list of future guests who are anxious for their time in the Diva spotlight, therefore negative energy and/or complaining will not be tolerated. We implement a streamlined system in order to be organized and efficient; however, sometimes systems fail and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We do not intentionally allow things to slip through the cracks, so to speak, but we are human and things happen. We will continue to work hard to have a seamless process so that your experience on DivaTalkRadio is diva-licious!

DAY OF SHOW INFORMATION
The following information is important for the day of your show.
Your call-in number is: 646-595-4780
Please call in at least 3 minutes prior to airing to ensure that your phone is working properly and that our listening audience will be able to hear you. Calling our switchboard via a land line is ideal, however if you are calling in via on Skype, please turn off your computer speakers so that any background noise does not chime through, such as TweetDeck. It is not recommended that you conduct your via a cell phone.
MARKETING YOUR GUEST APPEARANCE
For maximum exposure, be sure to inform your clients/customers, email list, friends and family that you will be a Featured Guest on Diva Talk Radio. They can listen via the Internet and participate in our active webchat at http://DivaTalkRadio.com/live.
