Goot For You with Kerry Kendall on the next DivaTalkRadio

Hey, EVERYONE has SOME kind of BAGGAGE! Right? It’s just that SOME of us has MORE than others! Baggage comes in many SHAPES and SIZES!  And, we are NOT talking about luggage! Sometimes, the baggage that INVADES our life can be EXTREMELY overwhelming.  It can cause us to TOTALLY STRESS OUT or make us not want to care. Or, it can make us LAUGH!

Let me introduce you to Kerry Kendall. Kerry knows about baggage and she has learned to LAUGH!

As stated by Kerry:  I used to perform like a stand-up comic in my psychiatrist’s office, relaying all the antics  of my husband, his illustrious offspring and their co-dependent mother. That historic day when Dr. Perera said, “Goot for you!” (“Good for You!” with a slight Indian accent),  I knew I had made progress. I had the tools to survive. And he led me to believe that the entertainment value of my story (hey, he laughed) would make a good book or sit com.

However, there is a serious warning inside “Goot for You!”  If you are going to marry a person with “baggage” you must be prepared to carry the load. You often have to carry it by yourself. Sometimes it’s heavy enough to break you. Don’t let it.

Kerry Kendall is a native of Shelton, CT and a 1981 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a BS in journalism and an MS in English.  After a 12-year career as a television news and sportscaster, she taught high school television. production in both Connecticut and Florida.  She has also worked on live sports productions for ESPN and CBS Sports.  Now, as a Florida retiree,  she writes and performs with the Not Dead Yet Girls, Serious Authors, Comic Relief.
