Dr. Sutherland is the creator of Reserved Only, a 12-week e-mail correspondence program which allows parents to teach their children primarily about abstinence, respect, responsibility, and renewal using a system which is not religion-based. The program focuses on helping parents to instill the morals and values children need to attain, as well as teaching children to abstain from things which are harmful to their bodies or their minds.
