About Dahmenah:

While attending college in the early nineties, Dahmenah began discovering her calling when she began working in the Human Services field. Her first position was at a group home for boys in Lakeside, California. After finishing her degree in Business Administration, Dahmenah relocated to Los Angeles, California and began working for a group home for girls, ages 10 through 18. Seven years later, she would encounter her most challenging and rewarding work: assisting families as a Child and Family Specialist and later as a Wraparound Facilitator at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services. Her work sent her into the community where she visited homes of families struggling to raise their children while fighting to keep their children in the home. During this time, she saw and felt the deep pain that inflicted so many women and she wondered if she could really make a difference. After spending fourteen years in the Human Services field, Dahmenah decided to change her approach to giving back to what she calls the, ” The Community of Women.” This new approach resulted in the creation of The Dating Revolution Workbook and the GURL KNOW company. Her personal mission is to harmonize, energize and feminize the “Community of Women” one woman at a time.

In her own life, she struggled for many years with low self esteem, bad romantic relationships, having dreams but not accomplishing any of them while the years just kept passing her by. The Workbook is the Journey that she herself took and it wasn’t until she became grounded in self love that her life started to changed. She wanted to share that Journey with other Women because she believes that all Women DESERVE to have EVERYTHING they want and more. But Women can not do better until they KNOW Better.
